It’s been a busy few months of remote training and consulting in spite of the COVID-19 pandemic. If you have any needs, I’m ready to help! I can assist virtually or can discuss scheduling in person as needed (dependent on guidelines.)
On May 11, I participated in Western Michigan PMI Chapter’s virtual dinner meeting. I presented the first portion of the meeting covering Team Building, The “new” Project for the Web & Real-World Tips and Tricks in Microsoft Project.
The second portion of the meeting I was honored to be a part of the Women Leaders in Project Management.
On May 13 & 14th, I led a two half-day workshop Build and Manage Schedules with Microsoft Project with Western Michigan PMI. We gathered virtually and participants had a lot of excellent takeaways. Although the group was small, they were very engaged and each of them earned 7 PDU’s.
There was a great turn out from this chapter and one of their members said it was one of the “best virtual sessions” ever. Thanks for having me, PMI Central Arkansas!
My GVSU class, Project Management Basics, wrapped up at the end of March. What began as an in-person class at the Seidman College of Business in Grand Rapids transitioned to virtual. The students were juniors and seniors and they enjoyed learning about project management, many for the first time. The class gave some impressive virtual team presentations!
March 16 – 18th I attended the first ever Global VIRTUAL Summit, which is attended by invitation only to Microsoft MVP’s. While I missed seeing many familiar faces, it was fulfilling to be able to attend remotely and I appreciated being able to participate.by
